Kent Yoga & Bodyworks
Yoga is our specialty. We offer all levels of yoga, including melt/slomo/gentlecore, privates, workshops, and massage. Our classes are specific to the individual needs of each student. We offer 6 classes a week providing quality not quantity of movement. We focus on the proper postural alignment to keep our joints safe. When we understand the alignment, we start to flow in yoga, and classes then take on new meaning. Alina is a 500 hour YRT teacher, she continues her studies, always bringing new insights to her classes. Come enjoy the positive environment she creates with her community of yoga students.
