Hey! I'm on the Appalachian Trail Hike w/Kent Land Trust
- eThursday, Apr 11
- jRT Facts Gallery
The Appalachian National Scenic Trail is over 2,000 miles long and extends from Georgia to Maine. Completed in 1937, it attracts a growing number of visitors each year both “thru-hikers” traveling multiple days and long distances, and day hikers out for the day … and it runs straight through Kent! If you’ve never been on the trail and are curious about how to get on/off locally, join us for a quick out-and-back trip in the Bulls Bridge section. Total distance approximately 2 miles. Difficulty: Easy/Moderate
Meet in front of RT Facts, 8 Old Barns Road in the Kent Barns area, 15 minutes prior to hike time. Bring water & wear good footwear!
