ABOUT | The Ober Gallery
Specializes in contemporary art that builds on the legacy of the New York School of American Abstract Expressionism. We also have a strong interest in Russian and German contemporary art. Six of our Russian artists were recently featured in the Guggenheim Museum show, "Russia!." We have a large inventory of prints by noted German artists, Sigmar Polke, Markus Lupertz, and A.R. Penck. More than 15 of our artists are in the permanent collections of the Guggenheim Museum, MOMA, and Metropolitan Museum of Art.
